Acting as the focal point between international demand and local supply entails having in place an organization that functions perfectly, almost around the clock. Ours is structured around three main business units: Commercial, Logistics and Administration. If the activities of the first two revolve around our clients’ specific needs in order to match them with customized solutions, the latter is made of professionals who coordinate and supervise our internal workflow.
Ilaria Oliva has been our Administrative Manager for fifteen years now. After graduating in Economics and Business Administration, she first joined our company back in 2003 for a six-months internship. After some important work experiences in other companies, she accepted our offer to join us again in April 2006 and she has been with us ever since.
Her remarkable precision and outstanding multitasking skills allow Ilaria to manage our administration, finance, HR and IT policies. She is in charge of our audits as well. Her distinctive hands-on attitude and 360-degree business vision lead her to be involved in many activities: from the daily management of accounting to the control of our corporate treasury. What she really enjoys now is implementing new business intelligence processes that help us streamline our tasks and our overall performance.
Combined with her working knowledge of Spanish, Ilaria’s perfect fluency in English – proven by all the international certifications she gained while continuing to study the language even after university – makes her a great focal point when it comes to handling direct relationships with our clients abroad. Curious and always willing to improve herself by learning something new, she is currently very much interested in green and sustainable ways of producing food.
